The grapes are grown and harvested in a traditional organic way, fermented with native yeast rather than commercially cultured ones. Is this too much information? Each month, we'll feature a new wine that meets our standards. If you're a part of the club, you'll get an email to be the first to know about it, before it hits the store shelves. From there you'll have the opportunity to pre-order our choice at a special price, and be notified when it's available for pick-up. With enough approval, the wine will then become the featured in-store bottle the following month.
